This seminar is only for beginners-assistant professors, postdocs and advanced PhD students. Dr. O’Brien has been fortunate to be very well funded for his research in Oceanography and Meteorology at Florida State University by NSF, ONR, NASA, NOAA, USDA, ETC. (NOT NIH.) Almost $100 M!
