2020 NCAFPM Membership Renewal 

This form may be used for memberships renewals. Membership is renewed on a calendar year basis, and is due by January 31, 2020 for all members. We are transitioning to a new database this year so please take the time to fill out all information correctly. Even if your invoice shows a zero balance due, please take the time to enter a new registration page to update our records.   There are options to pay the amounts due shown on your invoice.
