Celebratio Film Fest 

We love watching movies like we love eating good steak. But, let's face it, most movies are either bloody and undercooked or charred beyond hope. It's so unusual to find one that really whets our appetite. We're hungry for good entertainment and we need your help.

To submit a film to the Celebratio Film Festival, follow these steps:
1) Register here.
2) Create an account on Vimeo.com. Join the group called Celebratio Film Festival. (If you're having trouble finding it, search for “Christian Leithart” then join the group that he has created.
3) Make your film, abiding by the Official Guidelines.
4) Upload it to the group by Monday, Sept. 12th at 12:00pm.
5) Sit back and watch the show. The films will be shown publicly at the Christian Life Center in Moscow, ID, on Thursday, September 15th. The judges will reveal the winner at the end of the viewing.

OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES

  1. Submissions must be a total of 5-8 minutes in length. This includes whatever credits you choose to include. 

2. All submissions are due by 12:00pm (that's noon) on Monday, September 12th. 

3. Submission may be of any genre, but must include the following elements:(a) a crowbar(b) the line: “Are we still friends?” 

4. Submissions will be judged based on cleverness, filmmaking panache, story, savoir faire, and tastiness. Production value and use of the required elements will also be taken into account.

The contest will be judged by a panel of professionals including best-selling author and NSA Fellow of Literature ND Wilson.

First place will be awarded fame and notoriety and $100 store credit in the New Saint Andrews College bookstore.

*We are willing to accept submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines. If they deserve it, they will be shown along with the others and will be reviewed by the judges, but they will not be eligible for the prize.
