Dan Tarpey Memorial Golf Tournament 

Dear Members, Alumni and Friends of the Yawkey Baseball League:

Please help us celebrate the YBL's 26th Anniversary by joining us for the Sixth Annual Yawkey League Golf Tournament in memory of our great friend and former League Commissioner, the late Dan Tarpey.  After years of battling each other between the white lines, we are now going to get together for a great day of fun trying to hit an even smaller white ball! Join current players, coaches, administrators, umpires, former teammates and fans of the league as we unite for a common cause.

Help support the league and your favorite team by golfing, sponsoring, placing and ad in the Program Book, or by providing items for the raffle, team prizes and/or gift bags. All golfers are welcome, and if you register and pay by June 25, you can save $25! Cost is $125 per golfer, but $150 after June 25th. 

The majority of the proceeds will go toward the league's operating costs, but teams also have the opportunity to earn some money back if they exceed the required amount of sponsorships, ads, etc., so it's a win-win situation!

We hope you can join us on Friday, July 22nd at William J. Devine Golf Course in Dorchester. Enter your own foursome or as an individual and be matched up with other golfers.  Registration begins at 7:00 am with a 8:00 am shotgun start, and the round will be followed by a hearty luncheon, raffle and awards program. Please register and pay early as the spots are filling up quickly!

We hope to see you in July to mark our 26th Anniversary as the Yawkey League, as we take some time out from our fierce baseball schedule to enjoy a nice day on the links!
