ONLINE VIDEO SEMINAR: Foundations of Gestalt Therapy

This seminar is a survey of the foundational principles of gestalt therapy as they apply to clinical practice.  It will develop the participant’s understanding of the underpinnings of gestalt therapy theory.  In accordance with Kurt Lewin’s maxim, “there is nothing so practical as a good theory,” we will divide our time equally between theory presentation and clinical supervision.  We will explore traditional topics in gestalt therapy theory that also find their way into our consulting rooms today.

 Learning objectives

  • Understanding the foundational principles of gestalt.
  • Applying gestalt therapy principles to current caseloads and social situations.
