VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL at HOLY FAITH 

 

Group's "Weird Animals" totally Catholic VBS, is being held at Holy Faith beginning Saturday, July 19 at 8:45am to 12:00Noon in the Upper Hall, Sunday, July 20 - attend 9:30am Mass together followed by VBS from 10:45am to 1:30pm and continuing Monday, July 21st thru Wednesday, July 23rd from 8:45am to 12:00Noon each day.  Register your child today!

 

The theme for "Weird Animals " VBS is "Where Jesus 'Love is One-of-a-kind".

God filled the world with a lot of crazy creatures...including you! When kids feel weird, different, or even lost in a crowd—nothing compares to the extraordinary love of Jesus. VBS is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, touch, and even taste. Team-building games, cool Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the activities that help faith flow into real life.

Here's an example of the Day 3 Bible Point:

Bible Point: Even when you don't understand ... Jesus loves you!
Bible Verse: "Do to others as you would like them to do to you" (Luke 6:31)
Bible Story: Jesus washes the diciples' feet. (John 13:1-17)

                        

 The Upper Hall will be transformed into an unexpected retreat habitat     where our Kids will learn that NO matter what "Jesus Loves You!"

PARENTS:

• You can register more than one child on the same form. VBS is for children grades K thru 5th (school year 2014-2015). Cost is $25 for 1 child, $40 for 2 children and $60 for 3 or more children. Each additional child after 3 are FREE. Scholarships are available if needed by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.
• You can register your Middle School children, grades 6th thru 8th, as HELPERS. They will assist the group leaders with the smaller children by helping with activities, and crafts. Cost is $10 each.
• Preschool VBS for younger siblings (ages 3-4) is available again this year. Class limited to 10 children. Cost is $5 each.
• T-Shirts for all registrants, helpers and volunteers, and Music CD (one per family) included with registration. Additional T-Shirts and Music CDs can be purchased for $5.

• TEENS: We offer service hours for any teen who wants to volunteer their tiime assisting at the different stations at VBS, like Imagination Station, SIng & Play Stampede, One-of-a-Kind Bible Adventures or Untamed Games. Join the fun and earn service hours doing it.  Serve 2 days or all 5 days.
