Add Extra Polish to Your Business Life

A Free SCORE Workshop

Can you relate to this?

  • Have you forgotten a person’s name just after being introduced?
  • Are you feeling like you need a competitive edge to make that sale?
  • Are you afraid of making a poor first impression to the point of not even trying, especially in networking?

Like it or not etiquette blunders can stall, and even halt, your business success, tarnish your reputation, and damage your relationships, especially in this fiercely competitive time. That is where etiquette training comes in.

Class Description:

A free, two-hour hands-on workshop covering the expansive world of business etiquette, dining and protocol. The room is broken up into smaller groups where associates practice mock business networking, deportment, introductions, dressing, corporate dining and entertaining.

Workshop Presenter:

Beverly Randolph is a certified etiquette and international protocol expert, columnist, speaker and author of her forthcoming book. She is the Founder & Director of the Protocol School of Indianapolis, LLC. Intrigued by her aunt’s social graces and fascinated by other cultures, Beverly was determined to deepen her etiquette and international protocol knowledge by studying and working abroad and obtaining her master’s in International Relations. Her background includes working abroad in such diverse roles as training and development, project management, marketing, and customer service in the hospitality and travel industries. Currently, she combines her life experience and education by teaching business-related classes at Marian University.
