Veggie Frittata & Panzanella Salad!
Packed with Fun & Flavor!

Join Rosie to make a summery feast! We will saute farmstand ingredients, grate cheese, and load up this baked egg dish with deliciousness! To complient the frittata, we will make a summery panzanella salad with fresh corn, multicolored tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, basil, and grilled bread in a zesty dressing. For dessert, we are using a Chez Panisse recipe for a berry cobbler topped with your favorite ice cream. 

Friday, August 14th, 4:00 - 5:30pm. $42 for a family (generally 4 people).  

Class held virtually through ZOOM, from the comfort of your own kitchen!

We are partnerting with Lexington Community Farm for this fun dinner series. All are welcome to join us. Most of the ingredients will be available in the LexFarm weekly CSA and we encourage you to shop the farmstand for the rest. If you are not a member, you can shop the farmstand individually for the ingredients! Menu is subject to ingredient availability and may change slightly.
