The Fundamentals of Wine

Join us for a fun and informative afternoon as we learn a brief history of wine and in Niagara. You will also learn a bit about the production process while being lead on a guided tour by our knowledgeable staff. Enjoy a light snack while being instructed on how to properly taste wines while sampling 6 different varietals.
