Eastern and Western North Dakota Synods are excited to sponsor this event focused on rural ministry. Whether you are currently involved in multipoint parish ministry or are wondering about the ins and outs of forming a parish, this workshop is for you!
Rev. Dr. Alvin Luedke, Professor of Rural Ministry at Luther Seminary, has spent most of career looking at parish ministry - from the inside as a parish pastor and from the outside earning his PhD with an emphasis in rural sociology. Dr. Luedke will address the challenges of parish family dynamics, the importance of building community within the parish, characteristics of a healthy parish, and other issues unique to multipoint/rural parish ministry.

Cost for Congregations bringing 1-2 people to the event is $30 per person.
For Congregations bringing 3 or more people will receive a Congregational Rate of $75 covering the costs for the entire group.
Onsite Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the event, with the presentation beginning promptly at 10:00.
