PeaceJam South Africa Conference Pre -registration 

This form is for Schools/Organizations that are coming as a group to the PeaceJam South Africa Conference. In addition to this pre-registration form we will need a paper form for each participant that is signed by their parent/or guardian.  Please email or bring a physical copy of these forms for each participant.  Youth that do not have a signed form by their parent/guardian, will not be able to participate!
