Releasing Trauma 

A special half-day workshop at OASIS

This experiential workshop takes a hands-on approach. Experts believe this method helps us break long-term patterns, provides us with an ability to think more clearly, and helps us discover options for reconnection with the people who matter most to us.

During this workshop, we will...

• learn how our inner strengths can be used to cope with trauma
• understand how trauma becomes stored in our bodies
• be invited to tell our trauma story and receive validation

Led by Diane Morris, LPC, CADC, from 3D Therapy. A Certified Experiential Therapist II, Diane will gently and safely guide us through releasing the trauma stored within our bodies.
