Laura Hamblin is an Arizona–licensed attorney and human resources consultant who assists employers.  She has more than 25 years of experience working as an employment lawyer and human resources executive for three large corporate retailers.
She understands that smaller employers often "don't know what they don't know" until they hear from a government agency or plaintiff's attorney pointing out violations of employment laws. Her objective is to assist employers to become legally compliant and gain adequate knowledge about the laws so they’re able to recognize potentially problematic situations, ask for help, and hopefully avoid the disruption and cost of government investigations or litigation.
