Lunch Topic: Avoiding Bad Faith
This presentation will address first party bad faith claims in Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas and how to avoid them.
Topics include the available legal remedies in each state, as well as state-specific claim handling standards, the importance of compliance, and examples of how claim handling practices and decisions can be presented.
