The Ballona Wetlands Community Restoration Project focuses on removing invasive iceplant and other non-native vegetation that can impact native California plants such as pickleweed, salt grass, and alkali weed. Participants will help to remove non-native plants by hand. We are excited to have everyone back!

Parking is behind 303 Culver Blvd. The restoration site is about 0.3 miles east on the south side of Culver Blvd. Note: The restoration site is not through the gate in the parking lot. This is part of the Ballona Reserve but not where we will be working.

Use caution when walking to the event site after crossing Nicholson St as this is a busy intersection in the morning.
