Training: Engaging Youth in Alcohol Prevention 

A Training Addressing the Power of Personal Stories in Alcohol Prevention

November 17 & 18, 2014

This training, presented by Blake Works and Health Resources in Action (HRiA), will build upon your knowledge and skills to help you more effectively communicate with youth about underage drinking. You'll learn strategies for engaging youth in substance abuse prevention activities, coalitions and policy change. Additionally, you'll learn how to effectively use our DVD Alcohol: True Stories Hosted by Matt Damon with groups of young people (Grades 5-12) and groups of parents/other caring adults.

$999 for two-day training*. Participants will receive a copy of Alcohol: True Stories Hosted by Matt Damon. Continental breakfast will be provided both days.

* Training fee is non-refundable for cancellations after 10/15/14. Cancellations made prior to 10/15/14 will receive a partial refund of $799.
