Managing Stress (AM)

These days, it seems as though stress is just part of the package at work. This program begins by exploring different sources of stress, and how each can negatively impact our thinking (mind) and physiology (body), and even bleed into other areas of our lives. It also recognizes that a certain amount of healthy stress can be motivating and lead us in the direction of achieving our goals. However, when stress tips over to the point where we are reaching for unhealthy and unproductive ways of relieving tension, it becomes imperative to step away and take time to regroup.

Participants will learn simple and easy strategies that can be engaged immediately to alleviate some of the heaviness associated with stress at work.

Developing Your Organization's Core Values (PM)

Core values are a company's most important qualities that steer the business in an intended direction. They serve as a beacon and offer clarity on many levels. When understood and embraced by employees, they nurture positive work cultures. They provide solid justification for strategy and decision making. They provide organizations with stability, especially in moments of growth or crisis, when clarity is needed most. Finally, establishing core values sets the stage for creating a mission and vision statement as a potential next step.

This program will help leaders identify and commit to a set of core values they wish to cultivate in their organization.

1:00 – 3:00 PM 

Cost to attend is $125 per session or $200 for both sessions! If you register more than one person from your organization each additional attendee is only $100 a session.
