Successfully Engaging in Difficult Conversations

Many of us tend to put off having difficult conversations, even though this kind of avoidance can contribute to dysfunction, poor performance and higher turnover. The reality is that it's our own discomfort we are avoiding. Being willing to embrace discomfort and push through it is increasingly crucial to success -- in work and in life.

In this course, participants will cultivate the courage to have those difficult conversations more easily, and will develop the skills to conduct them effectively and with confidence. These skills help employees be more successful, while building a culture of honesty, trust and respect within the organization.
