Ecological Restoration Planting
This tree planting is full other than a limited number of spots for the Salt Lake Rotary Club. All other volunteers please join us at another upcoming event and sign up for our e-newsletter HERE.
Join us to plant 750 native tree seedlings at Big Cottonwood East Park. Invasive tree species were recently removed to make way for the reintroduction of indigenous species. We began restoring this park in spring 2015 and this year, we will be continuing to bring it back to its natural state.
Since we are planting in a wetland, make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants that can get a little wet.
