SELLING A PRACTICE?
Unlocking the value in a medical practice involves developing transparent processes an acquirer can understand and repeat. Valuation revolves around two factors; what earnings factor can we demonstrate the practice will generate and how likely the future sustainability of that earnings figure is to occur in the near and intermediate future.
Prior to considering an exit, we will review the practice and help you to look at the world through the eyes of a would-be acquirer.
