Join FEI and Crowe as Julie Ward, Managing Director, discusses "The Latest Accounting & Financial Reporting Developments" on October 15, 2019 from 7:30-9:00 am at the Boat House at Confluence Park.
This session will focus on the latest accounting and financial reporting developments, covering recent developments from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). This session will cover major standards, highlighting leases and revenue recognition and other standards effective for 2019 and issued during 2019, which are likely to affect participants.
Ms. Ward has over 14 years of audit experience, serving middle-market private clients ranging in size from $20 million to more than $1 billion in revenues, across a wide-range of industries and comapnies with multi-national and multi-state operations and complex accounting and audit issues.
Ms. Ward has assisted a Crowe partner in his role as Chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC). Ms. Ward is involved with Crowe’s campus recruiting efforts, primarily focusing her efforts at The Ohio State University. She is a mentor to several staff in the firm’s formal mentoring program.
