2014 IDOC University Regional Conference: Phoenix

Registration Special: Fully Refundable Registration Fee* for ODs if Registered by 10/03/14.
Fully Refundable Registraion Fee for up to 2 Staff per Practice. More than 2 Staff will be Refunded at 50%.

*Registration will be fully refundable for all IDOC Members, two staff members and first-time non-member OD attendees that register AND attend the Conference. Registration refunds will be sent within 2 weeks following the Conference. Cancellation policy: Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is made by 10/13/14. Cancellations made after 10/13/14 will not receive a registration refund.
