Introspection is the art of finding the best questions within ourselves and listening for the answers. For leaders, honing this skill is essential to making wiser choices and improving emotional intelligence.

Join us for an experiential lunch and learn where we will look more closely at the concept of introspection and its role in leadership development.

Tracie Jae is the Founder and Chief Question Officer of Quesyon Academy.  As an Introspection Guide, she cultivates activities for adults that help create better intrapersonal relationships. Directing us inward to first ask the right questions, and second, to welcome the answers.  She is a mother to 3 young women (19, 21 & 23) and hopes to offer them a legacy of independence, courage, fortitude and faith.  Ms. Jae holds a Masters in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and anticipates beginning a PhD in Fall 2017. Quesyon Academy provides intrapersonal and introspective training and resources. Its mission is to awaken the deeper questions that lead to meaningful change.
