Referee must be a member of the Philadelphia Referee Chapter. Intermediate clinic for Grades 8 and 9 Referees to progress toward 2018 recertification. Each referee must attend ALL 3 night of this clinic. Night #1: September 20, 2017 Night #2: October 18, 2017 Night #3: November 8, 2017 Fee includes USSF registration.
