How We Build Community 

The City of Fort Lauderdale is hosting a series of events during our upcoming Public Works Week Celebration. Join us for a rare opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look into the variety of services the Public Works Department provides.

The Public Works department is made up of four divisions: Engineering, Sustainability, Utilities, and Administrative/Strategic Support. The divisions, comprised of more than 400 full-time community builders, work collaboratively to deliver key services to our neighbors. During this session, Mr. Hardeep Anand, the Director of Public Works, will talk about services provided by the Department, as well as recent accomplishments, challenges, and some current initiatives underway. We hope that you can join the Director to learn more about how the Department is working to build community.
