Preparation: Eat healthy, drink lots of water, increase fiber in your diet. Wean off of sugar, caffeine, alcohol and meat. Use digestive enzymes (particularly with cooked food). Take 1 probiotic before bedtime.
Pre and Post Fast Diet: Include Daily: 16 oz. Green Smoothie, 1 Salad Based Meal, 1 Vegetarian Meal and Healthy Snacks. Try to maintain 80% raw & living foods and drinks.
