Erika Williams-Rogers is known for her “genius approach to problem solving” derived from over 20 years of experience as a corporate executive, consultant and coach. Her life’s mission is to empower inspired professionals and business owners to live their passions through their career or business with confidence, clarity and joy. She lives her mission as founder and CEO of Elevate Lyfe, a training and consulting firm specializing in providing professionals and small business owners with education, resources, and coaching that empowers them and their teams to be more productive and engaged, while living the balanced life they deserve!

Before leaving a prestigious corporate career, Erika held several prominent positions at Procter & Gamble, Warner Bros, and Mattel developing national and international sales, marketing and customer-solution strategies. Later as a Management Consultant, she crafted organizational design, workflow and process improvement initiatives that enabled corporate executives to optimize productivity despite having limited departmental resources.

However, despite achieving much success as a management consultant, Erika continued to feel a strong calling to aid others in fulfilling their purpose.  Thus, after completing her professional coaching education, Erika renamed her company Elevate Lyfe and set forth on her life’s purpose of elevating the lives and businesses of small business owners and professionals
