Chad Oliver is an Emmy award journalist who has been a familiar face in Southwest Florida since 2004. He anchors weekdays on NBC2 News at 11 a.m. and NBC2 News at Noon. Chad traveled the country as NBC2's Chief Political Correspondent during the 2012 election season. He graduated magna cum laude from University of Georgia in Athens. Chad has a degree in Broadcast News from UGA's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication and a degree in Political Science from UGA's School of Public and International Affairs.

Kenny Polcari
Director/Vice President, O'Neil Securities, Inc.



Kenny came to Wall Street (NYSE) as an intern during the summer of '80, '81, & '82 and upon graduation moved from Boston, Mass. to New York City where he began his career on the trading floor. He became a member of the New York Stock Exchange in August, 1985 and is currently Director/Vice President at O'Neil Securities, Inc. and represents the interests of domestic and international institutional asset managers that need to access global equity markets. In addition he is a Board Advisor/Markets Expert for The Integral Board Group, a CNBC Market Analyst and a public speaker. Prior to this he was a Managing Director for 15 years at Icap Corps, LLC - a British based Inter-dealer Broker and before that served as Senior Vice President, member New York Stock Exchange and division manager with Salomon Brothers directing their NYSE Division during the heady bull market of the 1990's. In addition to managing the division, he helped design an equity technology platform that automated and enhances trading functions and significantly improved productivity. Mr. Polcari gained a reputation for superior management skills, client service, relationship building, as well as a savvy insight into risk mitigation.

His 30 years of experience has taken him from the birth of the greatest bull market, to the crash of '87, the roaring '90's, the .com implosion, decimalization, 9/11, Regulation NMS, market fragmentation, automation, and High Frequency Trading. He also had a front row seat as the formerly privately held NYSE became a public company via the merger between the NYSE/ARCA, then NYSE/Euronext, and most recently NYSE/ICE. He is an engaging public speaker and you can find him speaking at industry & investor conferences, as well as colleges, forums and major asset manager events. He is at ease speaking about NYSE history, rules & regulation, former & current market structure including internalization, HFT and fragmentation and how those changes have forever changed the face of the U.S. capital markets and what that means to the investor. He writes a daily "Morning Thoughts" missive that is an informative, engaging and entertaining look at global markets and provides insight into the day's action. It has gained wide popularity and has become a signature of his "boots on the ground" analytical style. He is a board member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP) and member of the Security Traders Association. He holds the series 7, 24, 27, 55, and 63 registrations.

Yasmin Landy, CFA
Institutional Portfolio Manager, Fidelity Management & Research Company

Yasmin Landy is an institutional portfolio manager at Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMRCo), the investment advisor for Fidelity’s family of mutual funds. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 20 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. In this role, Yasmin serves as a member of the investment management team, maintaining a deep knowledge of portfolio philosophy, process, and construction, assisting portfolio managers and their CIOs in ensuring portfolios are managed in accordance with client expectations, and contributing to investment thought leadership in support of the team. She is also a principal liaison for portfolio management to a broad range of current and prospective clients and internal partners, providing detailed portfolio reviews and serving as a key conduit of client objectives, requirements, and marketplace insight back to the investment team. Yasmin’s focus is on International Equity.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 2006 as a vice president and investment director at FMRCo, Yasmin was an investment analyst at Bogle Investment Management from 2003 to 2005, responsible for researching and analyzing both U.S. and international market neutral long-short products. Previously, Yasmin worked as a portfolio analyst before becoming a senior product manager at Putnam Investments from 1999 to 2003, and as a marketing and client service specialist at Boston Partners Asset Management from 1997 to 1999. She has been in the investments industry since beginning her career as a public finance analyst at Bear Stearns in 1996.

Yasmin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lehigh University and her MFA degree from Columbia University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
