April Documentation Class 

Practitioners often struggle with connecting what they do in the field to their documentation requirements. This uniquely designed course covers clinical documentation needs from the assessment to service delivery.  This course will focus on the ISP and how it connect to practice and the Progress Note.  This course also offers 6 CEU's to Licensed Mental Health Professionals.
