This talk-story and food tasting event will feature action stations by Chef Alan and his culinary team, plus a buffet by Hukilau Restaurant offering favorite Hawaii dishes. Come hear about Hawaii's food history and how our unique culinary environment has influenced Chef Alan.

Each $60 ticket includes:
