Dramatic Debut and Thespis

Dramatic Debut: Preschool - PreK and Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

A special drama program for our younger actors suited to their energy and imagination! In a games-based format, children will express themselves dramatically using activities inspired by familiar contexts like fairy tales, picture books, pop songs and show tunes as well as their own inventive pretend play. They will practice miming, charades, team-building acting, improvised endings, and much more. Session will culminate in a Theater "Review" performance created by the children either performed live or by video based on Covid19 considerations and guidelines from the school. A live show would take place during the final day of class, June 2nd. Class size is limited to 8 students.

Preschool - Prek

Tuition: $145 Fridays 3:15 - 3:45 pm

Session runs April 1 - May 27th

No Class on March 25, April 15th and April 22nd

Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

Tuition: $165 Thursdays 3:15 - 3:45 pm

Session runs March 24 - June 2

No Class on April 14 & April 21

Make ups are not available for Group classes if the student has to miss a class.

Thespis Group: 3rd - 5th grades

Students will be grouped by age based on registrations received and will develop fundamental musical theater skill sets. We will practice stage presence, line delivery, movement and vocal skills as children a final show at the end of the session consisting of one scene and a musical piece from Beauty and the Beast (grades 3-5) or Hamilton (grades 6-8) performed live or by video based on Covid19 considerations and guidance from the school. A live show would take place during the final day of class, June 1st. Class size is limited to 8 students.

Thespis - Wednesdays 2:05 - 2:50 pm

Session runs March 23 - June 1

No Class on April 20
