CHMM Exam Preparation Review Course (Essentials of Hazardous Materials Management) Oct 24-26, 2018 

The Michigan Association of Hazardous Materials Professionals is hosting its CHMM exam prep review course. The class is a 3 day course (~24 hours in total) beginning October 24 through October 26. In the unlikely event that an insufficient number of people register, MI AHMP reserves the right to cancel by October 17, 2018 and refund fees.

Who should take the course?  People prepating for the CHMM exam; people interested in refreshing their knowledge in the subject area; people seeking continuing education credits for related EHS certifications.

What is the course content?  OSHA and EPA regulations applicable to hazardous materials management including, but not limited to, industrial hygiene, radiation safety, PPE, Clean Air Act, RCRA, Clean Water Act, etc.; the science underlying the regulations including geology, toxicology, etc.; Remediation; Sustainability; Professional Development, and more. 

CEUs:  The content meets the criteria for the nationally recognized Continuing Education Units (CEUs).  The syllabus and your course registration could be utilized to document the contact hours.  A certificate of attendance may be provided upon request.

Cost: $595 includes a binder containing the course materials, as well as a light breakfast, lunch and beverages throughout the 3 days.
