sell goods or services and educate business owners, professional women, community leaders
and decision makers at this day-long women's empowerment and motivational event!

EXHIBITOR PACKAGE

  • Access to New Hampshire professionals who are leaders in their businesses, communities and organizations.
  • 6' covered table and 2 chairs provided - limited electrical outlets available and must be arranged in advance. Massage table/chair may be substituted for the 6' table.
  • Listing in the event program.
  • To maximize your exposure, exhibitors are encouraged to bring samples, promotional items, brochures and business cards.
  • Exhibitors are asked to provide a small gift for a door prize drawing (i.e., complimentary one-hour consultation, gift certificates or a product from your business). It is not necessary that the product or service be from your business.
  • Exhibitors will be given the opportunity for a 30-second business overview when awarding their door prize. All attendees will be entered into the door prize drawing and exhibitors can draw from that basket! If you are uncomfortable with public speaking, a member of the WIW team will gladly do it for you!
  • You will receive a preprinted name tag identifying your name and business, along with an exhibitor ribbon.
  • You can insert your promotional materials or samples into the attendee gift bags for the rate of $50.00 - all materials need to be provided to WIW no later than May 13, 2011. You should provide 175 pieces.
  • Space assignments will be made by WIW on a first-come, first-served basis and on space requirements.
  • Back walls and pipe/drape are not included. You are not allowed to attach anything to the walls or floors.
  • Signage is not provided. If you wish to bring a sign, it must be contained within your assigned area and cannot be a banner that attaches to the wall.
  • Music is not allowed and all audio visual must be contained to the assigned space. There can be no open flames or incense. Performances are not allowed. You cannot sell raffle tickets or chances.
  • Literature, promotional materials, samples, etc. cannot be distributed in public areas, on attendee tables, in restrooms or any place other than assigned space. If you wish to insert an item into the attendee gift bags, the fee is $50.00.
  • Exhibitors will be in an exhibit hall (and a few in the main lecture hall). In order to increase traffic flow, refreshments will be served in the exhibit hall. Additionally, it is our goal to sell out every single seat in the lecture hall. There may be seats around the perimeter of the room for the exhibitors to listen in on the sessions; however, it is highly recommended that you remain at your table for the entire day. WIW is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 
  • Exhibitor assumes all responsibility and agrees to hold Women Inspiring Women and SERESC harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages.
  • One complimentary event ticket is included which does include lunch and beverage. If you wish to have additional individuals attending the event, tickets can be purchased at the advertised early bird rate of $40.00.
  • Payment in full is expected at the time of reservation either on line or by check or cash in advance.

Break and Exhibitors (this time may change, but will be 30 minutes in length)

12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Lunch and Exhibitors (this time may change, but will be 1.25 hours in length)
You must be at your table during this time - guests will eat first and exhibitors after!
