• Each Exhibitor will be provided an electronic attendee list.
• A link to your website, Facebook page and/or twitter account will be placed on the Conference Website and the BARN website “Web Links” page.  The conference website is where the attendees will go to view the schedule, power point slides, speaker information, and complete their evaluation and certificate.
• Each Exhibitor will have 3 minutes of pre-recorded presentation time during the meeting to showcase. This is your opportunity to stand out and make yourself memorable to the attendees. You will provide to BARN a pre-recorded audio or video presentation for the audience. This is due 1 week in advance of the conference (due by February 19, 2021 to Ina Fletcher at inafletcher@comcast.net). You will be notified of the approximate air time slot in advance.
• Your business link will be on the BARN website and Conference website for 1 year following the event.

• You will be given an additional 3 minutes of pre-recorded presentation time (total of 6 minutes).
• Your pre-recorded presentation(s) and link to your website will be available on the BARN website for 1 year after the event.
