NPC-QIC Fall 2021Virtual Learning Session

Thursday, October 28

 ET: 11 AM - 5 PM CT: 10 AM - 4 PM
MT: 9 AM - 3 PM / PT: 8 AM - 2 PM

Please join us for the The National Pediatric Cardiology Quality Improvement Collaborative (NPC-QIC) Fall 2021 Virtual Learning Session. Our learning sessions have been an invaluable opportunity for parents, patients, caregivers, and care center teams to come together to learn and improve outcomes for individuals with HLHS and their families.

Your participation in the NPC-QIC Fall 2021 Virtual Learning Session provides a chance to connect virtually with accomplished colleagues, stay current on the latest pediatric cardiology care and outcomes research, receive training and guidance, and learn from and collaborate with individuals with HLHS and their families.

For an overview of the day, view the agenda at a glance. Please note that there will be a 30-minute Team Time session from 4:30 to 5 p.m. ET. You will need to set up a way for your Care Center team, including parents, to connect during this time (in-person, virtually, or a hybrid of both). NPC-QIC staff will also have a Zoom line setup for any parents or caregivers who are unable to join their Care Center's Team Time so they can connect during this time.

Use the link below to register for the learning session.

Note: NPC-QIC recommends using Google Chrome for registration. Please check to ensure you received a confirmation email after completing the form. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to info@npcqic.org.

Third Annual Single Ventricle Patient Day

Saturday, October 30

 ET: 11 AM - 5 PM CT: 10 AM - 4 PM
MT: 9 AM - 3 PM / PT: 8 AM - 2 PM

The Single Ventricle Patient Day Planning Committee is excited to welcome you to our Third Annual Single Ventricle Patient Day. This session will take place virtually and was designed for patients by patients with the intent to connect and empower teens and adults with single ventricle circulation so they feel supported and uplifted, while gaining the tools to take control of their CHD care.

Due to the sensitive nature of this session and in an effort to ensure that patients feel comfortable speaking about the topics freely, this session is intended for individuals with single ventricle circulation aged 14 +, as well as their significant others. We are kindly requesting that parents refrain from attending.
