Rules for Ticket Holders
Before purchasing your tickets, please read and be aware that all attendees must agree to the following rules and regulations, which are vital for allowing the gathering to happen. These will be enforced! If you are not able or willing to comply then we kindly ask you to wait and join us next year. View our FAQ for more information. This gathering can only be held because everyone attending agrees to abide by all rules. This helps make a safe environment for yourself, your party, all attendees, and our volunteers who work very hard to care for everyone.
1. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. The CDC advises that older adults and any people with serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. People who are infected but show no symptoms can spread COVID-19. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of exposure, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. Your participation means you understand and accept any personal risks associated with your visit, and do not hold CCE, Niagara Celtic or staff liable.

2. Limited tickets are available for purchase each day. All tickets are considered donations to our 501c3 non-profit organization.
- No discounts will be offered, and they will be sold online only, on a first-come,
first-served basis (no reservations or holding tickets).
- A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per order/ person.
- Ticket buyers must show valid i.d. at the Ticket Entrance matching the name used
to place the order.
- Everyone must be properly registered this year. To transfer tickets please email
vicki@niagaraceltic.com to complete an approved transfer. Any tickets improperly
transferred or resold will not be valid for use.
- NOTE: Due to the uncertain climate we are all facing, all tickets are donations, and are
non-refundable no matter the reason, even if the event is cancelled. As we are a 501c3 not-for-profit, your ticket would become a tax deductible donation. This is a requirement for us to ensure we can afford the high costs associated with planning and hosting this year’s gathering. This unusual measure is in place to keep us financially secure so we can keep hosting festivals, starting with our 20th anniversary next year. We realize this is not a risk you may feel comfortable with, and understand if you choose to wait and join us next year.
