A Case Study
Writing a well thought-out and organized business plan dramatically increases your odds of succeeding as an entrepreneur. A good business plan can help you determine whether your business has a chance of making a good profit.
During the first portion of this workshop, we will review the essential components of the business plan. Three different types of plans of increasing complexity will be discussed – a one-page feasibility plan, a roadmap and milestone plan for internal use and a plan for external use that is required by lending institutions and investors.During the second portion of the workshop, we will use a case study to demonstrate how to develop market projections and financial statements, including a cash flow analysis.
