Please join us for our American Business Women's Association-WNY Charter Chapter monthly professional development meeting. We welcome you to explore growth both personally and professionally, while networking with other women in business in the WNY area! We are kicking off the ABWA year with keynote speaker Kate Whitlock, of Kate Whitlock Coaching, presenting "Happiness and Productivity!"

HAPPINESS AND PRODUCTIVITY PRESENTATION

Have you found the work you want to do but you feel unmotivated or just a little stagnant these days? Are you feeling busy all the time but not productive? What if you had more moments of joy through the day and you felt more in control of your work? It could make a big difference, right?

The amazing thing about joy and productivity is that a little goes a really long way and the happier you are the more productive you are and the more productive you are the happier you are, and the further you go.

Kate Whitlock is the Entrepreneurs’ Productivity Coach, coaching entrepreneurs who feel they have plateaued in business and are ready to reach their next level of growth. Through one-on-one coaching and motivational speaking Kate supports people in reaching their goals through increased productivity.

Prior to coaching, Kate immersed herself in the not-for-profit world where she began serving as an AmeriCorps member and continued on to serve as an Executive Director. Her love of encouraging employees in their goals was the catalyst for opening Kate Whitlock Coaching.

With a deep belief that we have the capacity to reach our dreams, Kate looks forward to continuing to working alongside the incredible and inspiring entrepreneurs of Buffalo.
