Affordable Care Act:
What Employers Need to Do Now

Please join us for an informative event providing clarity on the Affordable Care Act, 2015 SHOP, and likely changes in 2014.

Ohio State Representative Barbara Sears will lead a discussion on the Affordable Care Act, Ohio Medicaid Expansion, and the outlook for Public Exchanges in Ohio.

A significant portion of the program will be devoted to the February 10th directives that delay portions of the Employer Shared Responsibility Rules and what it means to employers.

Jeff O'Connell, Director of Marketing, Paramount Health Care, and Traci Shook, Regional Sales Manager, Medical Mutual of Ohio, will provide an overview and answer questions about Private Exchanges.
