PeaceJam Northwest Conference 2018 Group Registration Form 

This form is for Schools/Organizations that are coming as a group to the PeaceJam Northwest Conference.  In addition to the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM, we will need a paper copy of the STUDENT REGISTRATION AND RELEASE FORMS for each participant that is signed by their parent and/or guardian.  Please email or bring a physical copy of these forms for each participant.  Youth who do not have a signed form from their parent/guardian, will not be able to participate!!

Early-bird registration for the conference is $70 per person until Feb 28th.

Regular registration is $80 from Mar 1-Mar 28, after which an additional late fee of $20 will be in effect.  Please register early to save your spot. 

Please remember that PeaceJam Northwest is committed to making this life-changing experience as accessible to all youth as possible.  We do have scholarship funds availabe for students in financial need.  No student will be turned away for lack of funds!
