Clinic Information.

Trailer parking is in the courtyard to the right as you drive up to the indoor, follow the signs to "Visitors".  Smaller rigs can park in the courtyard to the right of the Visitor sign, larger rigs can pull off the driveway onto the grass jump field to the left of the sign.  (If it is really, muddy, please try to avoid pulling too far into the field.) 

Please be sure to sign a release.  You can print one out and sign it beforehand by clicking here. Releases are also located in the main barn in the sign in alcove just inside the arched black slider doors.

Riders can tack up at their trailers and then bring their horses into the indoor through the black door off the courtyard (west end of the arena) or go around to the north end by the grass jump field and bring horses in through the large slider doors on the long side.  Do not come in through the barn.

There is a wash rack and a bathroom on the west end of the indoor. 

Please let us know if you would like a day stall and have not yet reserved one.

You are welcome to watch other riders from the observation area on the east end of the indoor. 

Payment.

Payment can be made by check or credit card.  A PayPal account is not needed to use a credit card.  Once you are directed to the PayPal page, indicate that you do not have a PayPal account and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information.  Credit card payments are now subject to a $5 convenience fee.  Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations/Refunds.

Rides will only be scheduled when payment is recieved.  Payments are due three days before the clinic to avoid a $25 office fee.  Refunds will only be issued if the rider slot can be filled from the waitlist subject to a $35 office fee.
