Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Workshop

How do differences influence the ways in which we process and resolve various types of interpersonal conflicts? In this interactive workshop, a model for thinking about your own and others conflict style will be shared and discussed. Through an experiential exercise and discussion participants will come away with tools for relating with both coworkers and those they serve outside they various organizations represented. The presentation will utilize audience response technology or “clickers” so that everyone has a voice, can give opinions, and provide feedback.

Workshop is presented by Working Better2gether, which is Colette Campbell and Jonathan Stuart.
