 The Common Cold - An Osteopathic Approach

Biography: 

Dr. Thomas graduated from Saint Bonaventure University with a BS in psychology and a minor in biology in 2003. In 2005, she received her Masters Degree from the University at Buffalo.

Dr. Thomas graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and completed her residency training in Family Practice at Sisters of Charity Hospital in Buffalo, NY in 2012. She was Chief Resident from July 2010 to June 2011. She is currently an attending physician at Orchard Park Family Practice, where she has been practicing for the last 6 years.  Dr. Thomas is also a Core Faculty Member of the Family Medicine Residency Program at Sisters of Charity Hospital.

Webinar Objectives:
-      The learner will be able to diagnose and treat the common cold with an osteopathic approach.
-      Participants will learn how and why osteopathic techniques are beneficial for patients.
-      Learners will be able to utilize techniques that both ease symptoms and speed the passage of colds
