Meet Chef Jacqueline Williams

My name is Jacqueline Williams, the owner of Abundant Catering. I am delighted to have the opportunity to partner with the FACCMN for the 2023 Soirée Beaujolais & Beyond! I have been an Executive Chef for 30+ years. I was one of the first African/American women to graduate from the Allegheny Community College Chef Apprentice Program. I truly enjoy preparing French Nouvelle-influenced classics. I moved to the Twin Cities in 1990 and became the Executive Chef at Capers Restaurant in Edina, MN. I have also been the Executive Chef at Café Solo and Dayton’s Boundary Waters Restaurant. I also worked in Marriott’s International Education Division at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Read more ...
