This is NOT your average informational workshop.

Get qualified to receive up to $10,000 in down payment assistance through a nationally recognized certification program. Classes are held every third Saturday of the month.

Attendees for the Home Buyers Workshop MUST FIRST attend a 20-minute Orientation ANY THURSDAY: 5pm Meeting with one of our intake staff, which helps you, prepare you to purchase a home.We have tools and resources to assist you to get qualified.
