As Colorado lending and real estate professionals, you have a multitude of housing programs to offer your customers. Join us for this educational event to hear about the latest news and products from some of the agencies making homeownership possible in Colorado.

Participate in roundtable discussion with agency trainers and learn how CHFA, FHA, RD, VA, and regional down payment assistance partners, can help you attract and support new clients. All Colorado mortgage lending professionals are welcome at this event. You are not required to be a CHFA Participating Lender to attend.

Topics will include:

• FHA programs overviews and recent updates;
• CHFA programs and guidelines;
• VA updates and programs;
• RD program updates; and
• CHAC's down payment assistance

Colorado real estate brokers and agents will receive CE hours for the number of hours in attendance for the training. To receive credit, the real estate professional must complete the full day.

CHFA Participating Lenders will receive CHFA training credit.

Registration fee is $15.00 in advance, using credit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to pay by credit card.
