  • Learn how to professionally communicate verbally with the people you report to as well as with the people who report to you.
  • Understand specific etiquette tips that will save you from embarrassment.
  • Additionally, learn and role play communication techniques to ensure that you are keeping employee morale high while being sure that your expectations are understood with your employees.

Keynote - Mr. Will Stuck will use his storytelling talents and comic relief to explain how leaders can relieve stress by laughing at their own stories.

Problem Solving Techniques for Daily Use

  • Learn a methodology that will help you solve problems as they arise during your daily work day.
  • Utilizing case studies, you will learn and practice the methodology to solve problems

Coaching Your Employees Using the “Hill, Will, and Skill” Method

  • What it means to be the leader; model it, speak it, enforce it.
  • Accountability as a leader; making yourself accountable
  • Coaching techniques to guide you with improving your employees’ performance. Examples include identifying the problem and challenges/barriers, set goals and timelines for improvement, make sure you are understood and agree on a plan of improvement, etc.
  • Interaction with participants to emphasize learning
