In a joint seminar with WSRCA, we are bringing Trent Cotney to Denver on Sept 27 to tap into his valuable expertise. His name is well known in the construction industry and he has spoken to and advised members of WSRCA, NRCA, NRLRC and many other roofing contractor associations across the country.
Millennials are currently the largest generational group in the workforce. Previous lunches have discussed the “changing” face of the roofing and construction industries and the importance of embracing what is valuable to the new workforce. The law, if properly recognized, understood and applied, can be an ally to our industry and your operations.
This seminar discusses a variety of human resources and safety-related issues surrounding millennials working in the construction industry. In this 45-minute seminar, attendees will learn about employment manual changes, contracts & benefits, changes to safety, and the implementation of technology at the job site.
