Effective sales management starts with clearly defined performance goals.  Translating an organizations’ business objective into daily activities and tasks is the process side of performance management. 

Without clearly defined performance goals, we cannot determine if it is the person or the process that must be coached or changed.  In this module, we will apply the adaptive coaching process to enable our team to sell more consistently.  We will also define the results that we need from our salespeople and the activities needed to be successful. 

A CRM is a key tool for sales managers and their ability to manage their team’s activities and pipeline.  This webinar visits a CRM’s capabilities and benefits to sales leaders.  We will examine some of the myths about the characteristics of CRMs and how they impact your sales team results.  If you’ve already implemented a CRM, you might discover how it can better serve you and your team.

He’s had hands-on experience with over 15 years in the data processing and financial management professions. Many of these years were directed towards the analysis and restructuring of data systems, as well as project management during the implementation of automation systems.
