Hotel's cancellation policy: Cancellations withint 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax charges.
If you wish to rent a car, we suggest you use a site such as Kayak to aid in your search.
We have free overnight parking included with your room at the Marriott Resort and there is also a free airport shuttle. Contact the hotel directly to arrange your shuttle pickup.

Golf and Network Outing:
Make plans to join us on Thursday morning, January 16th, to play golf while networking at a beautiful Golf Course at the resort. Conference
registrants and their companions are invited to play for an additional fee of $50/each.
